Who We Are

Covenant Care Services is a NDIS-Registered Provider offering a wide range of support services to participants across Sydney, NSW and a proudly Australian-owned mobile Allied Health Provider. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to individuals in the comfort of their own environment – homes, schools, aged care facilities and community settings. Founded by three highly enthusiastic professionals who want to make a change among the most vulnerable. We have highly experienced staff who can cater to your individual needs ensuring highest quality service is delivered. We coordinate with the participants and their family members and do all that it takes to make the support services effective. This helps in the development of daily living skills with which the participants can reach their goals.

How does Covenant Care Services handle fees and charges?

We believe transparency builds trust. That's why we publish a clear, up-to-date price list, explain any additional fees up front, and provide monthly statements that show exactly how your funds are being used.

What services can Covenant Care Services provide?

We can support you with personal care, nursing, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, allied health, companionship, home maintenance, and more. Services are tailored to your needs — whether short-term help or ongoing support.

How do I know if I'm eligible for NDIS?

If you're under 65 and living with a permanent and significant disability, you may be eligible for support through the NDIS. You'll need documentation from your GP or specialist showing how your condition affects your daily life. Visit ndis.gov.au or call 1800 800 110 to get started.

What's the difference between Full Services Membership and Self-Managed Membership?

It comes down to how involved you want to be in the day-to-day support.

Some people prefer to stay closely involved — choosing their own team, managing the schedule, and coordinating directly. That's what our Self Managed Membership is designed for. It recognises the effort and responsibility of Members who want to take the lead themselves.

Others prefer a more hands-off approach. With Full Service Membership, we take care of the details — learning what matters to you, matching the right people, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It's a good option if you're supporting someone from a distance, or if you'd rather not manage the logistics yourself.

In both options, you're always in control. It's just about how much support you want in the background.
